We want your order to reach you safely, quickly, and without any unexpected surprises. That’s why we’ve gathered all the important information about shipping, delivery times, and possible fees right here – clearly structured, transparent, and reliable. Exactly the way your experience should be.

1. General Information

Which countries does Yelf ship to?

We ship to more than 30 countries worldwide, including all EU member states, the United Kingdom, and the United States. The cosmetics industry is regulated by various authorities such as CPNP (European Union), the FDA (USA), and ECOCERT. These regulations influence where we are currently allowed to ship our products. But we’re constantly working on making our full assortment available in even more countries.

 

Who delivers the orders?

To ensure safe and timely delivery, we work exclusively with professional shipping partners. Depending on the country and region, this may include DHL, FedEx, UPS, GLS, DPD, or Hermes.

 

Which orders do these shipping terms apply to?

These shipping terms apply to all orders placed through the Yelf online shop. For large-volume or wholesale requests, we’re happy to create a tailored solution. Just send your inquiry to hello@yelf-yeah.com, and we’ll take care of you.

2. Shipping Costs

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs depend on two factors: the total weight of your order and the destination country. Once you enter your full address during checkout, the exact shipping costs are calculated and displayed clearly before you complete your order.

 

Example: A standard parcel with a maximum weight of 2 kg / 4.4 lbs – usually enough for at least 10 products – costs:

 

Within the EU:

  • 5.30 € to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania
  • 5.77 € to Finland, Poland
  • 6.48 € to Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Slovakia, Sweden
  • 6.73 € to Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain

To the UK:

  • 8.18 £

To the USA:

  • 8.30 $ for standard parcels
  • 4.75 $ – 8.30 $ for smaller parcels depending on weight

Which shipping options are available?

At the moment, we offer standard shipping only. We’re already working on adding express delivery options to make your experience even faster in the future.

 

Are there any additional fees?

Within the EU, the prices displayed at checkout are final and no additional fees apply. For shipments to the UK or the USA, however, import duties, customs charges, or local taxes may apply depending on the regulations of the destination country.

3. Delivery Times

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the size of your order. In most cases, your package arrives within 2 – 5 business days. Depending on the destination, it may take up to 10 days until your parcel reaches you.

 

When does the delivery time start?

The delivery time begins as soon as your order has been placed. It consists of two phases: the processing time, which is handled by Yelf, and the shipping time, which is handled by our logistics partners. Once your order leaves our warehouse and has been handed over to the carrier, we unfortunately no longer have influence over the duration of the remaining shipping process.

 

Do you ship on weekends or public holidays?

No, our warehouses are closed on weekends and public holidays. We and our partners recharge our batteries for new ideas... after all, your skin needs a lot of attention. 😍

 

What happens if there are delays?

External factors such as severe weather, customs processing, strikes, or carrier-related issues are beyond our control. If a delay is caused by us, you can be sure that we will inform you immediately.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Will I receive a shipping confirmation?

Absolutely. As soon as your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation via email.

 

Is tracking available?

Yes. Your shipping confirmation will include a tracking number and – depending on the carrier – a direct tracking link to follow your parcel. If you haven’t received a tracking number, or if the link doesn’t work, please contact us at hello@yelf-yeah.com and include your order number.

 

Can I change the delivery address?

In most cases, address changes are no longer possible once the order is placed. Within the first 24 hours, we can try to adjust the address – but we cannot guarantee it. If you notice any mistake, please inform us as quickly as possible at hello@yelf-yeah.com, including your order number.

5. Import Duties, Taxes & Fees

How do I know whether duties or fees apply?

For orders shipped within the EU, you don’t need to worry: All taxes, fees, and shipping costs are already included in the price you pay in the Yelf online shop.

 

If you live in the UK or the USA, import duties, customs processing fees, or local taxes may apply. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing your order. We are currently working on an option that will allow us to offer all-inclusive pricing for the UK and the USA.

6. Undeliverable Shipments

What happens if my parcel cannot be delivered?

If the delivery service is unable to deliver your parcel – for example because the address is incomplete, nobody is home, or no drop-off option is available – we will receive a notification from the carrier.

 

Will there be another delivery attempt?

We will contact you immediately to verify your delivery details. A quick reply helps, as delivery services usually hold parcels for only a short time.

 

What if you don’t respond in time?

If the carrier does not receive updated delivery information in time, the parcel will be returned to us. We will then wait for the return to arrive at our warehouse.

 

What happens after the parcel is returned?

Once your returned parcel reaches our warehouse, we will contact you right away to discuss how to proceed:

  1. We update your delivery address and resend your order, or
  2. We cancel your order and refund the product value minus shipping costs.

If you refused delivery and this triggered the return, we will refund the product value minus shipping costs.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us immediately – or within 7 days of receiving your parcel – at hello@yelf-yeah.com with the following information:

  1. Your order number
  2. Clear photos of the damaged products
  3. Photos of the shipping box

We will open a claim with the carrier and keep you updated. Thank you for your patience if the process takes a little longer.

 

What if my order is lost?

Please email us at hello@yelf-yeah.com and include your order number. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and update you as soon as we have news.

 

Will I receive replacements?

Of course, your satisfaction matters most to us. Once it’s confirmed that the damage or loss occurred during transport, we will send you replacement products – at no extra cost.
